1. Refund Policy:

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If, however, you receive damaged goods, we will gladly offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service within 5 days from the date of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

2. Return Policy:

Due to the consumable nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for damaged goods. If you wish to return damaged goods, please follow the refund process mentioned above.

3. Damaged Goods:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders is only possible until and before the goods are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed for shipping.
